Zaydie wrote an excellent song to induce Danny’s arrival. So far it hasn’t helped, but you never know. If I keep singing it, Susannah might go into labor. To save it for all posterity, it’s repeated here:

Now that Danny is moving around a lot and his kicks can be felt on the outside, Ethan has been putting his hand on my stomach to feel the kicks. The other night we asked Jonah if he wanted to feel Danny moving. He said yes, so he came over to me and I put his little hand on my stomach. Danny happened to kick right where Jonah’s hand was, and Jonah leapt back and had a scared look on his face and said “he’s coming out!!� We assured him that he wasn’t coming out, but he has not been real keen on touching my stomach again.

It’s time for March Madness, Myerson-style. While the beginning of conference play signifies that the NCAA tournament is rapidly approaching, the frequency of Susannah’s Braxton-Hicks contractions signifies the impending arrival of Baby Myerson.

That said, we’re having our own March Madness pool. Everybody post a comment to this blog entry with your guess as to the baby’s arrival date. Whoever’s guess is closest to the actual date wins the Big Prize!* Whoever guesses a date after April 1 earns the Big “Hush Your Mouth” from Susannah!

In case you wanted a reference point, the OB/GYN gave us a due date of March 26ish. The comment board is open. Good luck to you all!
